Imagine taking a nostalgic holiday through mid-century Florida at 400-feet in the sky. There’s one place on the planet to do that, so we’re taking you there – “On the Town” – to ICON Park.

1.     The Great Florida Road Trip in an interactive experience aboard The Wheel at Orlando’s ICON Park that encourages visitors to revisit (or learn about) Florida landmarks and attractions. “It’s actually the first game of its kind on an observation wheel,” says ICON Park President and CEO Chris Jaskiewicz. “So that’s one industry first.”

2.     The interactive experience is a throwback, fun-fact journey to dozens of Florida destinations. The adventure starts as guests enjoy vintage Florida murals, specialty photo-ops, and postcard-writing. Guests also get armed and trained with “Photomatic” cameras to take on The Wheel.

3.     During the 20-minute journey aboard the 400-foot observation wheel, guests can aim at nearly 45 over-sized oranges and post card-style depictions of well-known places  in Florida, from St. Augustine to The Everglades.

4.     “Florida was based on a lot of interesting concepts from a lot of smart entrepreneurs,” Jaskiewicz adds. “We really want to honor them.”

5.     The Great Florida Road Trip is included in The Wheel VIP Experience. Passes are 30-percent off right now on ICON Park’s website.
